地方高校大学生艺术团对大学生思想政治教育研究

Research on the Ideological and Political Education of College Students by Local College Students’Art Troupe

大学生艺术团作为校园文化建设的重要载体和思想政治教育的重要场所,是学生参与美育学习、艺术实践活动及学校实施素质教育和立德树人的重要渠道,对于培养大学生文化艺术素养,引领学生树立正确的价值观、审美观,促进学生全面发展和健康成长具有独特不可替代的作用。笔者以梧州学院大学生艺术团为研究对象,研究艺术团开展思想政治教育的途径的做法,探索地方高校大学生艺术团在开展思想政治教育中的积极作用。针对存在的主要问题,提出相应的对策,以提升大学生艺术团思想政治素养效果,用艺术服务校园文化、服务思政育人、服务社会,做好校地协同发展,为地方社会培养合格的人才。

As an important carrier of campus culture construction and an important place for ideological and political education,college students’art troupe is an important channel for students to participate in aesthetic education learning,art practice activities,and the implementation of quality education and moral cultivation.It is important for cultivating college students’cultural and artistic quality,leading students to establish correct values and aesthetics.Promoting the allround development and healthy growth of students has a unique and irreplaceable role.Taking the art troupe of Wuzhou University as the research object,the author studies the way of carrying out ideological and political education of the art troupe,and explores the positive role of the art troupe of local universities in carrying out ideological and political education.In view of the existing main problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to improve the effect of college students’art troupe's ideological and political literacy,use art to serve campus culture,serve ideological and political education,serve society,do a good job in the coordinated development of school and local,and train qualified talents for local society.
