高校党支部书记“双带头人”培育工作的困境与路径探索

不同时代有着不同使命,新时代对高校基层党建提出新的要求。“双带头人”培育工程是提升高校基层党建水平,引导教师党支部书记既做党建带头人又做学术带头人的基础性工程,是在回答基层党建在理论、实践、时代逻辑过程中产生的。当前,“双带头人”培育面临着教学科研与党建工作“两张皮”、思想认识与业务能力有待提高、支部设置与现实需要适应度不高等突出问题,必须在培养方法和思想方面进行充分改进以及优化,达到培养理念上的融合、促进,培养方法上的自我革新。

With the different times,the mission has become different.The new era has put forward new requirements for the grass-roots Party building in colleges and universities.The cultivation project of“double leaders”,as a basic project to improve the level of grass-roots Party building in colleges and universities and guide teachers’Party branch secretaries to be both Party building leaders and academic leaders,is produced in the process of answering the theory,practice and era logic of grass-roots Party building.At present,the cultivation of“double leaders”is facing the prominent problems of“two sides”of teaching and scientific research and Party building work,the weak ideological understanding and professional ability,and the insufficient adaptability of branch setting and practical needs.Therefore,it is very necessary to improve and innovate the cultivation methods,promoting and cultivating self-innovation in methods.
