教育数字化转型背景下提升专业教师数字化教学能力的对策研究——基于浙江省民办职业院校的调查研究

摘要 自国家“十三五”规划纲要把“数字中国”上升为国家战略以来,数字技术获得了很大发展并运用到各个领域,其中教育领域的数字化也在发生着重大变革。2022年教育部部长在全国教育工作会议上明确提出了在“十四五”时期要实施国家教育数字化战略行动,推动实现教育数字化转型。而推进教育数字化转型的核心是数字能力建设,其关键在于提升教师的数字化教学能力。因此,提升专业教师的数字化教学能力就显得尤为重要。 Since the national“13th Five-year Plan”outline raised“Digital China”as a national strategy,digital technology has been greatly developed and applied to various fields,among which the digitalization in the field of education is also undergoing major changes.In 2022,at the National Education Work Conference,the Minister of Education clearly proposed to implement the national education digitalization strategy in the“14th Five-year Plan”period and promote the realization of the digital transformation of education.The core of promoting the digital transformation of education is the construction of digital capacity,and the key is to improve the digital teaching ability of teachers.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the digital teaching ability of professional teachers.
