The Digital Transformation of Educational Evaluation:Endogenous Motivation and Core Issues

摘要 数智技术是推动教育评价变革的关键变量与内生动力,为形成以促进学生全面发展特别是保障学生的全面培养为根本旨归的、联通多组织层次、沟通多方育人主体和融通多维活动空间的教育评价大数据系统创造了新契机,但也面临着前所未有的问题与挑战。围绕核心议题,构建数字化教育评价体系,需坚持价值先行、以人为本的理念与原则,审慎规避“技术至上”“、数据至上”风险;完善教育评价数据质量管理与监督制度,确保教育评价数据质量,谨防“数据假象”干扰;建立健全教育评价数据互联共通体制机制,破解教育评价数字化转型的制度壁垒;构建与教育评价数字化转型相契合的伦理保障制度,规避数据与算法伦理风险。 Digital intelligence technology,which is a key variable and an endogenous power to promote the reform of educational evaluation,creates a new opportunity for the establishment of a big-data system for educational evaluation that aims to promote students'all-round development,especially guarantee the comprehensive cultivation of students,connects organizations at various levels,communicates with various talent cultivators,and integrates multi-dimensional space.However,digital intelligence technology is faced with unprecedented problems and challenges.To build a digital system for educational evaluation based on core issues,we need to adhere to the principle of"value first"and people orientation,and prudently avoid the risks of"technology first"and"data first";improve the system for the management and supervision of educational evaluation data to ensure the quality of educational evaluation data and guard against the interference by"data illusions";improve the interconnection mechanism for educational evaluation data and break the institutional barriers to the digital transformation of educational evaluation;and build an ethics-protecting system compatible with the digital transformation of educational evaluation so as to avoid the ethical risks of data and algorithms.
