Q235B热轧钢带冲折开裂分析

摘要 针对一般结构用钢Q235B在冲折过程中出现的开裂问题,对钢带性能、内部组织夹杂物进行检测,并分析对开裂原因。分析发现,引起钢材冲折开裂的主要原因是产品内部存在大尺寸的MnS类夹杂物。通过制定相应措施对钢水成分和炼钢工艺进行优化,提升钢水纯净度,有效控制了产品冲折开裂缺陷。 In response to the cracking problem of Q235B steel used in general structures during the bending process,the performance of the steel strip,internal structure inclusions were detected,and the causes of cracking were analyzed.Analysis found that the main cause of steel bending cracking is the presence of large-sized MnS type inclusions inside the product.By formulating corresponding measures to optimize the composition of molten steel and steelmaking process,the purity of molten steel is improved,and the defects of product bending and cracking are effectively controlled.
