热镀锌产线无铬耐指纹钝化工艺开发与研究

摘要 通过分析无铬耐指纹膜性能的影响因素,在热镀锌产线开展无铬耐指纹钝化工艺试制,设计合理的辊间压力、速比、烘干温度、咬合量等关键辊涂工艺参数,生产的无铬耐指纹产品耐蚀性、耐黄变性等性能满足技术要求,使产线具备高表面耐指纹钝化产品稳定生产及供货能力。 By analyzing the influencing factors of the performance of chromium free fingerprint resistant film,a trial production of chromium free fingerprint resistant passivation process was carried out on the hot dip galvanizing production line.Reasonable key roller coating process parameters such as roller pressure,speed ratio,drying temperature,bite amount,etc.were designed.The corrosion resistance,yellowing resistance,and other properties of the produced chromium free fingerprint resistant product met the technical requirements,making the production line capable of stable production and supply of high surface fingerprint resistant passivation products.
