摘要
通过对H13热作模具钢中球化退火组织进行大量的试验检测并归纳整理实验数据,同时对检测内容进行了具体的分析研究,总结出H13热作模具钢球化退火组织评级依据,并形成完整的H13热作模具钢球化退火组织检测方法。使用金相显微镜对评定退火组织级别的具体部位进行采图,根据球化退火组织评级依据进行归类,最终确定了H13热作模具钢球化退火组织级别评定方法,建立了一套适用于生产的H13热作模具钢球化退火组织图库。
By conducting extensive experimental testing on the spheroidized annealing structure in H13 hot work mold steel,summarizing and organizing experimental data,and conducting specific research and analysis on the testing content,the grading criteria for the spheroidized annealing structure of H13 hot work mold steel are summarized,and a complete testing method for the spheroidized annealing structure of H13 hot work mold steel is formed.Using a metallographic microscope to collect images of specific parts for evaluating the annealing microstructure level,and categorizing them based on the grading criteria of spheroidized annealing microstructure,the evaluation method for the spheroidized annealing microstructure level of H13 hot work die steel was finally determined,and a set of spheroidized annealing microstructure map library of H13 hot work die steel suitable for production was established.
