镍基高温合金涡轮叶片高温损伤研究

摘要 涡轮叶片是航空发动机及燃气轮机中承受最高温度和最高冲击力的部件,涡轮叶片往往采用镍基高温合金制造,并采用不同的冷却方式来保证其长时间稳定工作。镍基高温合金涡轮叶片长期工作在高温环境中,容易出现热障涂层失效、变形、腐蚀、裂纹和烧蚀等损伤问题。针对此,重点分析涡轮叶片多种损伤模式,探究涡轮叶片服役损伤机理,找出引起涡轮叶片损伤问题的原因,从而完善涡轮叶片失效分析体系建设。 Turbine blades are components in aircraft engines and gas turbines that withstand the highest temperature and impact force.Turbine blades are often made of nickel based high-temperature alloys and use different cooling methods to ensure their long-term stable operation.Nickel based high-temperature alloy turbine blades are prone to damage such as thermal barrier coating failure,deformation,corrosion,cracks,and ablation when working in high-temperature environments for a long time.In response to this,the focus is on analyzing various damage modes of turbine blades,exploring the mechanism of turbine blade service damage,identifying the causes of turbine blade damage problems,and thus improving the construction of the turbine blade failure analysis system.
