钢绞线拉丝涂膜质量研究

Study on the Quality of Steel Strand Wire Drawing and Coating Film

研究钢绞线用钢丝免酸洗涂膜拉丝工艺,与传统的酸洗、磷化拉丝工艺进行拉丝润滑效果及钢丝、钢绞线产品性能对比,并进行盐雾试验和钢绞线黏结强度对比试验。对比发现:免酸洗涂膜润滑效果能够达到传统酸洗、磷化润滑效果,生产的钢绞线产品能够满足国标GB/T 5224—2014力学性能要求、防腐蚀性能要求及黏结强度要求,实现了绿色环保、节能降耗目标。

Research on the pickling free coating wire drawing process for steel wire strands,compare the lubrication effect of wire drawing and the performance of steel wire and strand products with traditional pickling and phosphating wire drawing processes,and conduct salt spray tests and bond strength comparison tests for steel wire strands.Through comparison,it was found that the lubrication effect of the acid free coating film can achieve the traditional acid cleaning and phosphating lubrication effects.The produced steel strand products can meet the mechanical performance requirements,anti-corrosion performance requirements,and bonding strength requirements of the national standard GB/T 5224-2014,achieving the goals of green environmental protection,energy conservation,and consumption reduction.
