提高高碳硬线钢质量的工艺技术研究应用

摘要 介绍了高碳钢冶炼的工艺流程、关键工艺控制技术以及工艺优化。针对高碳硬线钢冶炼存在的问题,对高碳硬线钢冶炼工艺技术流程进行了梳理,对高碳硬线浇铸工艺技术进行了调整。通过强化各钢种内控成分,优化工艺参数和工艺关键点控制,采用四新技术优化工艺和操作,从而提高高碳硬线钢质量,提升客户满意度。最后对高碳钢冶炼新技术进行了展望。 This article introduces the process flow,key process control technologies,and process optimization of high carbon steel smelting.In response to the problems in the smelting of high carbon hard wire steel,the technical process of high carbon hard wire steel smelting has been sorted out,and the casting process technology of high carbon hard wire has been adjusted.By strengthening the internal control components of various steel grades,optimizing process parameters and key point control,and adopting four new technologies to optimize processes and operations,the quality of high carbon hard wire steel can be improved and customer satisfaction can be improved.Finally,prospects were made for newtechnologies for smelting high carbon steel.
