汉钢2280 m^(3)高炉大修开炉快速达产实践

摘要 通过对陕钢集团汉钢公司2 280 m^(3)高炉大修后,再次开炉并从装配料到出铁达产过程进行了总结。本次开炉优化了配料计算参数选择,装料布料矩阵采取动态跟踪调整,均匀堵6个风口点火送风,采用预埋氧枪法开铁口,实施快速降硅技术,高炉实现了顺利开炉,9天高炉产量达到6 769.99 t,燃料比降至517.2 kg/t,实现了快速达产达效。 This article summarizes the process of reopening the 2280 m^(3) blast furnace at HanSteel Company of Shaanxi Iron and Steel Group after major repairs,from loading and unloading to reaching production capacity.This blast furnace has optimized the selection of ingredient calculation parameters,adopted dynamic tracking adjustment for the loading and distribution matrix,evenly blocked 6 tuyeres for ignition and air supply,used pre-buried oxygen gun method to open iron holes,and implemented technology such as rapid silicon reduction.The blast furnace has achieved smooth blast furnace operation,with a 9-day blast furnace output of 6769.99 tons and a fuel ratio of 517.2 kg/t,achieving rapid production and efficiency.
