提高混铁炉炉衬寿命的技术研究与实践

摘要 以日照钢铁900 t侧进铁混铁炉为例,从日常炉衬内部温度控制、煤气烧嘴煤气流量调节管理、炉内出铁速度控制、铁水存量周期管理、炉体内衬结构优化等方面着手,对提高混铁炉炉衬使用寿命进行了多方面探索,最终实现了高通铁量下炉役期内不中修的目标。 Taking the 900 ton side feeding mixed iron furnace of Rizhao Iron and Steel as an example,various explorations were conducted to improve the service life of the mixed iron furnace lining,including daily temperature control of the furnace lining,gas flow regulation management of the gas burner,control of the iron tapping speed in the furnace,management of the iron storage cycle,and optimization of the lining structure inside the furnace.Finally,the goal of no intermediate maintenance during the furnace service period under high iron content was achieved.
