摘要
对炼钢排产影响因素进行分析,并重点对铁水条件、合同交货周期、断面及拉速和铸机功能精度四个主要影响因素进行研究,形成了一套新的炼钢排产模式。通过对炼钢排产模式的优化,提高了品种兑现率,同时大幅度提高了钢铁日产量。
Through the analysis of the influencing factors of steelmaking scheduling,the four main influencing factors of molten iron condition,contract delivery cycle,section and drawing speed and casting machine function precision were studied and comprehensively considered,so as to form a set of steelmaking scheduling mode.Through the optimization of steelmaking layout mode,not only the variety cash rate is improved,but also the daily output is greatly increased.
