BPRT节电升级改造技术的应用实践

摘要 联合特钢公司高炉主体设备已使用多年,BPRT装置做功能力逐渐减弱,静叶、动叶片磨损较严重,承缸出现变形,影响机组作业率和节电性能,节电效率降低。针对此问题,设计了新的BPRT节电升级改造方案,通过采用新技术,实现了节能增效,保证了设备的高效运行。 The main equipment of the blast furnace at United Special Steel Company has been in use for many years,and the power capacity of the BPRT device is gradually weakening.The wear of the stationary and moving blades is severe,and the bearing cylinder is deformed,which affects the operation rate and energy-saving performance of the unit,and reduces the energy-saving efficiency.In response to this issue,a new BPRT energy-saving upgrade and transformation plan has been designed.By adopting new technologies,energy conservation and efficiency enhancement have been achieved,ensuring the efficient operation of the equipment.
