摘要 智能化能源成本分析管理系统依托棒线材生产线自动化系统及工业网络,对生产过程中各工序、各机组分散的能源数据进行科学采样、自动准确读取、可靠网络传输、集中监控和智能统计分析,通过数据采集传输层、数据处理层和数据监控管理层实现自动抄表,准确、详实地统计各类产品能源成本,提供完善详尽的能源计量和控制手段,有针对性地采取相应措施,有效降低企业能源成本,实现企业效益最大化。 The intelligent energy cost analysis and management system relies on the automation system of the rod and wire production line and industrial network to scientifically sample,automatically and accurately read,reliably transmit through the network,centrally monitor and intelligently analyze the scattered energy data of various processes and units in the production process.Through the data collection and transmission layer,data processing layer,and data monitoring management layer,automatic meter reading is achieved,and accurate and detailed energy costs of various products are calculated,it provides comprehensive and detailed energy measurement and control measures,takes targeted measures,effectively reduces energy costs for enterprises,and maximizes enterprise benefits.
