摘要
针对现有综掘设备对薄煤层开采效率底下的问题,通过对其中问题的分析,得到煤层效率损失主要是回采部分。于是提出使用螺旋挖掘机采用先前后退的循环往复开采方法。在实际的煤矿超薄煤层的采掘过程中,通过锚网喷和锚索的方式做好协助支撑,设定整体工艺路径,并在某矿实践开采。结果表明:回采的采煤队可以实现每个工人的工作效率保持到4.8 t左右,煤炭回采率达到六成以上,煤炭开采的整体效率将得到提高。
Aiming at the problem of low mining efficiency of existing comprehensive excavation equipment for thin coal seams,through the analysis of the problems therein,it is obtained that the loss of efficiency of coal seams is mainly in the part of back mining,and a coal mining method using spiral excavator is proposed,which adopts the cyclic reciprocating mining method of previous and backward,and in the actual process of mining ultra-thin coal seams of coal mines,it is assisted by the way of anchor mesh spraying and anchoring ropes to do a good job in supporting,and the overall setup of the process path and practical mining in a mine.process path,and practiced mining in a mine.The results show that:the back mining team can realize the working efficiency of each worker to be maintained to about 4.8 t,the coal recovery rate reaches more than 60%,and the overall efficiency of coal mining will be improved.
