针对某电炉炼钢厂采用热装铁水电炉工艺高碳钢出现炉底上涨,影响电炉标准化操作的问题,重点分析了电炉冶炼过程中出现炉底上涨的原因及危害,阐述了烧结矿洗炉原理,并提出电炉冶炼高碳钢加烧结矿洗炉的操作要点,实现安全、高效洗炉。

In response to the problem of high carbon steel bottom rising during the hot charging hot metal electric furnace process in a certain electric furnace steelmaking plant,which affects the standardized operation of the electric furnace,the reasons and hazards of botom rising during the electric furnace smelting process are analyzed in detail.The principle of sintering ore washing is elaborated,and the operating points of electric furnace smelting high carbon steel with sintering ore washing are proposed to achieve safe and eficient furnace washing.
