热轧带钢粗轧工作辊轴向窜动问题的探讨分析

摘要 粗轧机工作辊轴向窜动是热轧带钢生产过程中比较常见的问题,它反映了粗轧机组的工作状态,同时工作辊轴向窜动会严重影响粗轧板型,导致粗轧中间坯镰刀弯,对热轧带钢生产稳定性影响较大,从受力分析的角度入手探讨粗轧工作辊轴向窜动机理,并结合生产实际分析粗轧工作辊轴向窜动的原因并提出相应的解决措施。 Axial movement of the work roll of the roughing mill is a common problem in the production process of hot rolled strip steel.It reflects the working state of the roughing mill,and the axial movement of the work roll can seriously affect the shape of the roughing mill,leading to the bending of the intermediate billet of the roughing mill.The impact on the stability of hot rolled strip steel production is compared,and the mechanism of axial movement of the work roll of the roughing mill is explored from the perspective of force analysis.Based on actual production,this paper analyzes the reasons for axial movement of rough rolling work rolls and proposes corresponding solutions.
