摘要
根据Lockheed模型和文献数据得到了液氢、液氮的绝热层漏热之比;基于热传导模型,计算液氢、液氮的结构漏热之比;在此基础上求得液氢、液氮蒸发率的理论比值为5.72。使用1台4.0 m^(3)液氢储罐,参照GB/T 18443.5—2010先后开展了液氮、液氢的蒸发率试验。试验结果表明,液氢、液氮蒸发率之比为5.21,与理论值基本吻合。在工程计算中,建议取液氢蒸发率为液氮蒸发率的5.47倍。
According to the Lockheed model and literature data,the ratio of heat leakage of the insulation layer of liquid hydrogen and liquid nitrogen was obtained.Based on the heat conduction model,the ratio of structural heat leakage of liq⁃uid hydrogen and liquid nitrogen was calculated.On this basis,the theoretical ratio of liquid hydrogen and liquid nitrogen evaporation rate is 5.72.Using a 4.0 m^(3)liquid hydrogen storage tank,with reference to GB/T 18443.5—2010,the evapo⁃ration rate test of liquid nitrogen and liquid hydrogen was carried out successively.The test results show that the ratio of liq⁃uid hydrogen and liquid nitrogen evaporation rate is 5.21,which is basically consistent with the theoretical value.In the engineering calculation,it is recommended that the evaporation rate of liquid hydrogen be 5.47 times the evaporation rate of liquid nitrogen.
