摘要
对常见的几种不同容积大小、不同型式的低温绝热气瓶进行静态蒸发率测试,研究不同液位下同一气瓶的静态蒸发率及变化规律。测试结果表明,对于同一立式低温绝热气瓶,随着瓶内深冷介质液位的逐渐降低,其静态蒸发率逐渐减小,静态蒸发率与液位存在确定的线性关系。然而,对于同一卧式低温绝热气瓶,静态蒸发率与液位不存在完全线性关系,其液位高于40%时,静态蒸发率相对稳定。
This article conducted static evaporation rate tests on several common low⁃temperature adiabatic gas cylinders with different volumes and sizes,and studied the static evaporation rate and changing law of the same gas cylinder at differ⁃ent liquid levels.The test results show that for the same vertical cryogenic insulating gas cylinder,as the liquid level of the cryogenic medium in the cylinder gradually decreases,the static evaporation rate decreases gradually,and there is a defi⁃nite linear relationship between the static evaporation rate and the liquid level.However,for the same horizontal cryogenic insulating gas cylinder,the static evaporation rate does not have a completely linear relationship with the liquid level,and the static evaporation rate is relatively stable when the liquid level is higher than 40%.
