摘要
介绍了膜分离法制氮、变压吸附制氮、深冷法制氮、催化法制氮的原理及特点,对膜分离法、变压吸附法、深冷法的经济性进行比较,为企业用户选取合适的制氮方式提出一般性原则。
The principle and characteristics of membrane separation nitrogen production,pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production,cryogenic nitrogen production and catalytic nitrogen production are introduced.The economic efficiency of membrane separation,pressure swing adsorption and cryogenic nitrogen production are compared.General principles are put forward for selecting suitable nitrogen production methods for enterprise users.
