中药热奄包联合振动排痰治疗高龄肺部感染临床研究

Clinical Study on Chinese Medicine Hot Pack Combined with Vibration Sputum Elimination for Senile Pulmonary Infection

目的:观察中药热奄包联合振动排痰治疗高龄肺部感染的临床疗效。方法:选取62例高龄肺部感染患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各31例。2组均给予常规对症治疗,对照组在此基础上给予振动排痰治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药热奄包治疗。2组均治疗14 d。比较2组中医证候积分、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平、胸痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]及并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,2组咳嗽咳痰、气促气短、全身乏力积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组咳嗽咳痰、气促气短、全身乏力积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组血清CRP水平、VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组血清CRP水平、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组并发症发生率6.45%,低于对照组25.81%(P<0.05)。结论:中药热奄包联合振动排痰治疗高龄肺部感染,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,抑制炎症反应,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine hot pack combined with vibration sputum elimination for senile pulmonary infection.Methods:A total of 62 cases of senile patients with pulmonary infection were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment;the control group was additionally treated with vibration sputum elimination,and the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine hot pack based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,serum C-reactive protein(CRP)levels,chest pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores],and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of cough and expectoration,shortness of breath,and general fatigue in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three TCM scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum CRP levels and VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum CRP level and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of complications was 6.45%in the observation group,lower than that of 25.81%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine hot pack combined with vibration sputum elimination for senile pulmonary infection can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,inhibit inflammatory reactions and reduce the incidence of complications.
