高压射流对42CrMo钢车削断屑性能的实验研究

摘要 为了探究高压射流压力在车削42CrMo钢时对断屑性能和切屑形态的影响,采用了四组压力进行车削实验(20bar,40bar,60bar,80bar),对切屑的宏观长度、刀—屑接触长度、切屑表面形貌和切削力进行观测。相较于切削液溢流冷却,四组压力下的高压射流冷却均得到宏观长度更短、卷曲半径更小、内表面质量更优的螺旋状切屑;随着射流压力的提高,切屑尺寸和切屑卷曲半径均呈现减小的趋势;射流压力为40bar时切削力最小,同时获得了质量最好的切屑内表面。 In order to explore the influence of HPJ pressure on chip breaking performance and chip shape in turning of 42CrMo steel,four pressure values are set for turning experiments(20bar,40bar,60bar,80bar).The macroscopic length of chip,chip-tool contact length,chip surface morphology and cutting force are observed.Compared with the cutting fluid cooling,the HPJ cooling under four groups of pressures produces spiral chips with shorter macro length,smaller curl radius and better internal surface quality.With the increase of jet pressure,the chip size and chip curl radius show a decreasing trend.When the jet pressure is 40 bar,the cutting force is the minimum,and the best quality chip inner surface is obtained.
