摘要
航空制造企业面临BOM构建流程冗长、消耗数据准确率差、设计更改响应不及时等问题,通过研究面向无人机系列的BOM构建技术,优化BOM构建流程,构建PBOM与MBOM融合模式,实现BOM构建效率提升及消耗数据准确性提升,满足无人机系列的快速研制需求。
When faced with the problems of lengthy BOM construction process,poor consumption data accuracy,and untimely design change response,aviation manufacturing enterprises through the study of BOM construction technology for UAV series development,the BOM construction process is optimized,and the PBOM and MBOM integration mode is built,which improve the BOM construction efficiency and consumption data accuracy,and meet the quick researching and manufacturing system needs of UAV series development.
