硬质合金弧面磨削方法试验研究

摘要 通过分析单颗磨粒运动轨迹、单颗磨粒工件接触面积和弧面磨削走磨法砂轮动态有效磨刃数之间的关系,建立了弧面磨削走磨法磨粒的运动轨迹和磨削动态有效磨刃数Nd方程,并利用试验验证了弧面磨削走磨法的有效性。结果表明:在同等磨削条件下,采用弧面磨削走磨法单件产品的加工时间是成形磨削法的37.5%,弧面磨削走磨法砂轮保持性是成形磨削法的2.3倍,弧面磨削走磨法在硬质合金弧面磨削加工方面有较大优势。 By analyzing the relationship between the movement track of a single abrasive grain,the contact area of a single abrasive grain and the number of dynamic effective grinding edges of the arc surface grinding walk grinding wheel,the N d equation of the movement track of the abrasive grain and the number of dynamic effective grinding edges of the arc surface grinding walk grinding wheel are established,and the effectiveness of the arc surface grinding method is verified by experiments.The results show that under the same grinding conditions,the processing time of single product by the reverse arc grinding method is 37.5%of that by the form grinding method,the wheel retention of the reverse arc grinding method is 2.3 times of that by the form grinding method,and the arc surface grinding walking grinding method has great advantages in carbide arc surface grinding.
