基于能源和指标双分类视角的碳排放脱钩效应研究

摘要 为解决工业经济领域中的碳排放脱钩效应问题,对数据分别进行平稳性检验、协整检验以及短期和长期因果检验,然后采用皮塔尔脱钩指数从能源和指标两个分类视角计算脱钩状态,并使用面板回归模型进行回归处理。结果显示,经济发展与碳排放之间存在一定的关联性,但通过一些措施,能够在一定程度上实现经济增长与碳排放的解耦,实现碳排放的减少和可持续发展。希望以此为制定更加有效的环境政策和推动可持续发展提供决策依据。 In order to solve the problem of decoupling effect of carbon emission in the field of industrial economy,firstly,the data were tested for smoothness,cointegration and short-term and long-term causality respectively,and then the Pittal decoupling index was used to calculate the decoupling status from the two classification perspectives of energy and indicators,and the panel regression model was used for regression processing.The results show that there is a certain correlation between economic development and carbon emissions,but through some measures,it is possible to decouple economic growth and carbon emissions to a certain extent,and to achieve the reduction of carbon emissions and sustainable development.It is hoped that this will provide a decision-making basis for formulating more effective environmental policies and promoting sustainable development.
