摘要
制氧厂空气压缩机作为提供动力的核心装置,其结构振动造成的噪声会对设备寿命造成影响,同时产生极大动载荷,破坏系统稳定性。为了更合理对空气压缩机进行结构振动优化,建立空气压缩机动力学模型,分析空气压缩机机体受到的主要激励,分析高压气缸和低压气缸活塞侧推力和气体力对内壁施加激励时的频谱,分析结果应用于某制氧厂中,对应用经济性进行分析。
As the core device of smelter air compressor,the noise caused by structural vibration will affect the life of the equipment,and at the same time,it generates great dynamic load,which destroys the stability of the system.In order to be more reasonable to the air compressor structural vibration optimization,the establishment of air compressor dynamics model,analysis of the air compressor body by the main excitation,analysis of high-pressure cylinder and low-pressure cylinder piston side of the thrust and gas force on the inner wall of the excitation of the frequency spectrum,the results of the analysis of the smelting plant in a smelting plant,to analyse the application of the economy.
