数字经济背景下高技术产业创新效率提升对策探索

Countermeasures to Enhance Innovation Efficiency of High-Tech Industries in the Context of Digital Economy

随着全球数字化浪潮的不断推进,数字经济飞速发展,高新技术产业已经成为推动经济增长和社会进步的重要引擎。虽然高新技术产业发展迅猛,但如何提升创新效率成为亟待解决的问题。通过深入分析当前数字经济背景下高新技术产业创新效率现状,发现其影响创新效率的因素很大程度上源于企业规模以及技术基础、创新人力资本、政府投入与支持。基于此,提出了一套全面提升高新技术产业创新效率的对策建议,包括夯实数字经济发展基础,完善创新生态系统、重视创新人才培养,加强政策支持、利用数字金融,优化创新融资环境为高新技术产业的创新发展提供参考与借鉴建议。

With the continuous advancement of the global digital wave and the rapid development of digital economy,high-tech industry has become an important engine to promote economic growth and social progress.Although the high-tech industry is developing rapidly,how to improve the eficiency of innovation has become an urgent problem to be solved.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in the context of the digital economy,this paper finds that the factors affecting innovation efficiency largely stem from the enterprise scale and technological base,innovative human capital,government investment and support.Based on this,this paper puts forward a set of countermeasures to comprehensively improve the innovation eficiency of high-tech industry,including consolidating the foundation of digital economy development,improving the innovation ecosystem,attaching importance to the training of innovative talents,strengthening policy support,and making use of digital finance to optimise the innovation financing environment for the innovative development of high-tech industry to provide references and reference suggestions.
