混丝加香前秤流量恒定化控制的改进研究

Improvement of Constant Flow Rate Control of Scales Before Silk Blending and Flavouring

为增加某卷烟厂混丝加香前秤恒流量控制功能,确保烟丝流量稳定,稳定批次内的加香流量变异系数,通过加装输送机变频器,升级混丝加香单元的工艺柜PLC程序和电子皮带秤程序,修改电子皮带秤和加香机PLC软件数据采集时间,增加混丝加香前秤恒流量控制功能。改进后,不同批次各品牌卷烟烟丝的混丝加香前秤流量极差、秤流量变异系数和瞬时加香比例变异系数均显著下降,有效实现了混丝加香前秤流量的恒定化,提升了瞬时加香比例变异系数控制精度。

In order to increase the function of constant flow control of the scale before mixing and flavouring in a cigarette factory,to ensure the stability of the flow of tobacco and to stabilize the coefficient of variation of flavouring flow within a batch,the function of constant flow control of the scale before mixing and flavouring is increased by adding a conveyor inverter,upgrading the PLC program of the process cabinet of the mixing and flavouring unit and the program of the electronic belt scale,and modifying the time of data acquisition of the electronic belt scale and PLC software of the flavouring machine.After the improvement,the extreme difference of scale flow rate,coefficient of variation of scale flow rate and coefficient of variation of instantaneous flavouring ratio of different batches of cigarettes of different brands have been significantly reduced,and the constant flow rate of scale flow rate of pre-flavouring blending has been effectively achieved,and the control accuracy of coefficient of variation of instantaneous flavouring ratio has been improved.
