The concept of"low carbon economy"has been widely recognised in the context of climate change and increasing energy consumption in the world.The electric power industry is an important pllar industry of national economic and social development,and it is inevitable to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.By analysing the significance and current situation of energy conservation and emission reduction in the power industry,we discuss the ways of energy conservation and emission reduction,with a view to providing certain reference for the construction of a green and sustainable power ecosystem.
