基于改进的CRITIC-熵权法组合权重下的碳减排与区域经济、生态环境协同发展评价分析——以新疆为例

摘要 随着我国经济的迅速发展,碳排放的问题日益突出,引发了一系列诸如全球气候变暖等环境问题,为我国可持续发展带来了极大的挑战。因此,首先采集了2011—2020年新疆维吾尔自治区碳减排、区域经济和生态环境相关指标数据,利用改进的CRITIC-熵权法组合计算指标权重,在此基础上建立优化协同模型评价三者的协同效益。结果表明:三者协同度总体在轻度协同与轻度不协同之间徘徊,处于低度协同状态。子系统协同度呈现上下波动的态势,在2016—2019年呈现了协同上升状态,具有良好的发展前景。 As China's economy rapidly grows,carbon emissions are becoming a pressing issue,leading to environmental problems such as global warming.This poses a significant challenge to China's sustainable development.To address this,data on carbon-related indicators,regional economy,and ecological environment in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2011 to 2020 was collected.Using an improved CRITIC-entropy weight method combination,indicator weights were calculated,and an optimal synergy model was established to evaluate the benefits of the three indicators.The findings reveal that the degree of synergism of the three indicators fluctuates between mild synergism and mild non-synergism,indicating a low synergy state overal.However,there is a positive trend in the subsystem's synergy,with a good prospect for development,evidenced by a synergistic rise from 2016 to 2019.
