Taking the actual planning and renovation project of an industrial park as an example,we analyse its energy saving and emission reduction and circular economy development strategy.It includes the basic overview of this industrial park,the circular economy development planning of the industrial park based on energy saving and emission reduction,and its development effectiveness.It is hoped that this analysis can provide certain reference for the improvement of energy saving and emission reduction effect of industrial park and its circular economy development.
