A Study on the Path of High-Quality Development of Wind Power Industry in Zhuzhou City Driven by the"Double Carbon"Goal

通过研究“双碳”目标驱动下株洲市风电产业的发展现状,从产业结构、创新体系、专业人才以及管理政策等方面剖析株洲市风电产业发展所存在的问题,面向风电产品全生命周期构建株洲市风电产业发展的系统动力学模型,探索推动株洲市风电产业高质量发展的路径,提出符合株洲市市情的可操作性的实施方案,从而推动株洲成为国家重要的风电装备制造业高地。

By studying the development status of Zhuzhou wind power industry driven by"double carbon"target,analysing the problems of Zhuzhou wind power industry from the aspects of industrial structure,innovation system,professional talents and management policy,and constructing a system dynamics model for the development of Zhuzhou wind power industry for the whole lifecycle of wind power products,we will explore the ways to promote the high-quality development of Zhuzhou wind power industry and explore the ways to promote the development of Zhuzhou wind power industry.It also explores the path to promote the high-quality development of Zhuzhou wind power industry,and puts forward an operable implementation plan in line with the situation of Zhuzhou city to promote Zhuzhou to become an important wind power equipment manufacturing highland in the country.
