A Study on the Relationship between Capacity Idling and Operational Risk in Mining Enterprises

产能闲置与采矿企业竞争力及运营风险一脉相承,互为表里,科学的资产管理有助于提升采矿企业运营效率、降低运营风险,助推行业实现绿色转型升级。基于采矿业产能闲置现状,选取采矿业龙头企业X股份为案例对象,以产能闲置的直接成本、间接成本与综合成本为切入点,系统剖析产能闲置与运营风险的关系,为采矿业企业破解产能闲置问题提供可行对策。

Idle production capacity and the competitiveness of mining enterprises and operational risk are one and the same,and they are mutually exclusive.Scientific asset management can help to improve the operational efficiency of mining enterprises,reduce the operational risk,and boost the industry to achieve green transformation and upgrading.Based on the current situation of idle capacity in the mining industry,we select X shareholding,a leading mining enterprise,as a case object,and take the direct cost,indirect cost and comprehensive cost of idle capacity as an entry point to systematically analyse the relationship between idle capacity and operation risk,so as to provide feasible countermeasures for mining enterprises to solve the problem of idle capacity.
