摘要
以安徽省淮南市田家庵区为例,采用现场调研、理论分析与计算结合现场案例的综合研究方法,通过对太阳能资源评估、铁塔基站发电量估算、环境影响评价等方面分析,确定开展淮南地区铁塔基站屋顶分布式光伏发电具备可行性。对其经济效益、节能与减排效益、其他社会效益等方面进行综合分析,结果表明,采用铁塔基站屋顶分布式光伏发电具有显著的经济与社会效益。
Taking Tianjian District,Huainan City,Anhui Province as an example,the comprehensive research method of on-site research,theoretical analysis and calculation combined with on-site case study is adopted to determine the feasibility of carrying out distributed photovoltaic power generation on the rooftop of tower base station in Huainan area through the analyses of solar energy resource assessment,power generation capacity estimation of tower base station,and environmental impact assessment.Comprehensive analyses of economic benefits,energy saving and emission reduction benefits,and other social benefits show that the use of distributed PV power generation on the rooftop of the tower base station has significant economic and social benefits.
