Research on Key Factors and Countermeasures for Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

中小企业数字化转型中存在管理者数字素养不足、转型路径模糊、数字能力及资金有限等问题,通过挖掘其转型内外部关键因素,并提出中小企业自身作为、产业链数字技术支持、宏观政策资源支撑三方面对策建议,力求为加快中小企业数字化转型进程提供参考。

The digital transformation of SMEs suffers from insufficient digital literacy of managers,ambiguous transformation paths,and limited digital capabilities and funds.This paper seeks to provide reference for accelerating the digital transformation process of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)by digging into the internal and external key factors of their transformation and proposing countermeasure suggestions in three aspects:SMEs'own as,industrial chain digital technical support,and macro-policy resource support.
