摘要
测算了“双碳”经济背景下在中国不同区域的绿色创新绩效,并使用了超效率SBM模型,对中国2011—2020年省际面板数量展开了对绿色创新绩效的估算,并以整体、地区视角,对我国制造业绿色创新绩效进行了研究。按照不同的测算效果,将其划分为三大类别:稳定上升型、发展稳定型和大幅波动型。从环境的严格规制和技术进步两方面说明了三种类型的影响原因。研究结果表明,由于环境的严格规制和技术进步,对绿色经济技术创新效益波动较大的地区影响并不显著。
The green innovation performance in different regions of China under the background of"dual-carbon"economy is measured,and the super-efficient SBM model is used to estimate the green innovation performance of China's inter-provincial panels from 2011 to 2020,and the green innovation performance of China's manufacturing industry is investigated from the overall and regional perspectives.And according to the different measured effects,it is divided into three major categories:stable upward movement,stable development and large fluctuation.The reasons for the influence of these three types are explained in terms of the strict regulation of the environment and technological progress.The results of the study show that due to the strict regulation of the environment and technological progress,the impact on the regions with large fluctuations in the technological innovation benefits of the green economy is not significant.
