职业教育智能制造装备技术技艺技能传承创新平台运行模式探索与实践

摘要 以智能制造装备技术技艺技能传承创新平台为案例,从平台建设规划、党建工作、运行机制、队伍建设、人才培养、课程资源、技术服务和科技成果转化等方面,探索形成具有自身特色的、基于技艺技能传承创新平台的高职院校人才培养路径,构建智能装备产业校企合作平台,提升智能制造装备技术专业服务地方产业发展的能力。 Taking the intelligent manufacturing equipment technology skill inheritance and innovation platform as a case study,this paper explores the formation of a vocational college talent cultivation path with its own characteristics based on the skillinheritance and innovation plaform from the aspects of construction planning,party building work,operation mechanism,team building,talent cultivation,course resources,technical services,and scientific and technological achievements transformation,and constructs a school enterprise cooperation platform for the intelligent equipment industry.Enhancing the ability of intelligent manufacturing equipment technology professionals to serve the development of local industries.
