Adaptability Boosting:A Study on the Development Path of Ethnic Minority Cultural Resources

少数民族地区有丰富的民族文化资源,如何合理开发利用是需要解决的重要难题。运用田野调查的资料,分析了少数民族传统文化资源开发形式和不适应问题。研究发现,场域转换、形式拼接、功能重构是少数民族文化资源开发的三种形式,在开发中常常会出现不适应民族传统文化和不适应市场经济的问题。研究认为,可以从教育上入手,从内源性上保护和传承民族传统文化,并为民族文化资源开发提供人才;通过吸纳创新,适应市场经济,为少数民族文化资源开发提供源源不断的动力。

There are abundant ethnic cultural resources in ethnic minority areas,and how to reasonably develop and utilize them is an important problem that needs to be solved.Using field survey data,this study analyzed the development forms and maladaptation issues of traditional cultural resources of ethnic minorities.Research has found that field transformation,form splicing,and functional reconstruction are the three forms of cultural resource development for ethnic minorities.In the development process,there are often problems that do not adapt to traditional ethnic culture and market economy.Research suggests that we can protect and inherit traditional ethnic culture in an educational manner from an endogenous perspective,and provide talent for the development of ethnic cultural resources.Besides,absorbing innovation and adapting to the market economy also provide a continuous source of motivation for the development of ethnic minority cultural resources.
