摘要
在“双碳”及高质量发展战略背景下,基于我国30个省份数据,采用固定效应模型考察人力资本对碳排放的影响及传导路径,并从时空维度对其影响效果进行异质性分析。研究发现:人力资本流动能有效降低地区碳排放;在这一过程中产业结构发挥部分中介作用;基于“胡焕庸线”空间划分,西北地区人力资本减排效果优于西南地区;基于工业化程度划分,随工业化进程推进,其作用效果渐趋减弱。由此,应深化人才引进政策、优化产业结构,引导人力资本在地区间合理配置,助力我国尽早实现“双碳”目标。
Under the background of"dual carbon"and high-quality development strategy,based on the data of 30 provinces in China,the fixed effect model was used to investigate the impact of human capital on carbon emissions and its transmission path,and the heterogeneity of its impact was analyzed from the spatiotemporal dimension.The results show that human capital flow can effectively reduce regional carbon emissions.In this process,the industrial structure plays a part of intermediary role.Based on the spatial division of"Hu Huanyong line",the effect of human capital emission reduction in northwest China is better than that in Southwest China.Based on the degree of industrialization,its effect is gradually weakened with the advancement of industrialization.Therefore,we should deepen the policy of talent employment,optimize industrial structure,guide human capital in the rational allocation of regions,help our country to achieve the"double carbon"goal as soon as possible.
