民族声乐教育改革创新是传承和弘扬民族音乐文化的现实需要,对培养民族音乐人才具有重要的影响。目前,民族声乐教育改革创新仍然面临着本土化民族音乐教育需求被忽视、民族声乐师资力量缺失、人才培养质量难以达到行业标准、民族声乐教学内容单薄且陈旧的现实困境。要走出这些困境,须从加强民族声乐教师团队建设、提升民族声乐教师综合素养,健全民族声乐教育体系、改进民族声乐教育方法,构建更为合理的课程教学目标、筛选实用性教学内容,做好学生实践技能培养工作等方面进行改革创新。

The reform and innovation of ethnic vocal education is a practical need to inherit and promote ethnic music culture,and has an important impact on cultivating ethnic music talents.At present,the reform and innovation of ethnic vocal music education still faces the practical difficulties of neglecting the demand for localized ethnic music education,lacking the strength of ethnic vocal music teachers,difficulty in meeting industry standards in talent cultivation quality,and the thin and outdated teaching content of ethnic vocal music.To overcome these dfficulties,it is necessary to carry out reform and innovation in strengthening the team building of ethnic vocal music teachers,improving the comprehensive literacy of ethnic vocal music teachers,enhancing the ethnic vocal music education system,optimizing ethnic vocal music education methods,constructing more reasonable curriculum teaching objectives,screening practical teaching content,and doing a good job in cultivating students'practical skills.
