多层宽带雷达吸波涂层吸波性能及损伤特性

摘要 以铁磁性粉体为吸收剂、聚氨酯为粘结剂,基于静电喷涂技术制备了具有优异吸波性能的雷达吸波涂层。结果表明,具有多层结构的雷达吸波涂层不仅可以在垂直入射条件下实现宽波段、高强度吸收,同时在斜入射条件下也具有极其优异的吸波性能。在入射角度为35°~70°范围时,其在厚度为1.2 mm时反射损耗峰在5~18 GHz范围内仍然可以达到−10 dB。特别的是,在入射角度为62°时,其反射损耗峰达到−50 dB,真正实现了宽波段、广角域、高强度吸收。此外,基于所设计和制备的多层铁磁性雷达吸波涂层,利用Ansoft HFSS搭建多层多界面仿真模型,结合有限积分法分析了典型损伤脱落对其吸波性能的影响,为后续开展多层铁磁性雷达吸波涂层维护与损伤评估提供理论指导。 Using ferromagnetic powder as absorbent and polyurethane as binder and by electrostatic spraying technology,radar absorbing coatings with excellent absorbing properties were prepared.The results show that the radar absorbing coating with multi-layer structure can not only achieve wide-band and high-intensity absorption under the condition of vertical incidence,but also has excellent absorbing performance under the condition of oblique incidence.When the incident angle is in the range of 35°to 70°,the reflection loss peak can still reach−10 dB in the range of 5 to 18 GHz when the thickness is 1.2 mm.In particular,when the incident angle is 62°,the reflection loss peak reaches−50 dB,which truly realizes wide-band,wide-angle range and high-intensity absorption.In addition,based on the designed and prepared multi-layer ferromagnetic radar absorbing coating,a multi-layer and multi-interface simulation model is built by Ansoft HFSS,and the influence of typical damage shedding on its absorbing performance is analyzed by finite integral method.Based on this work,it provides theoretical guidance for subsequent maintenance and damage assessment of multilayer ferromagnetic radar absorbing coatings.
