聚丙烯的改性对漆膜机械性能的影响研究

摘要 通过热重分析方法(TGA)来研究改性聚丙烯材料类型添加比例,分析PP素材的型号和成分含量,通过成分收集与在板材上做性能测试,找到PP成份与导电底漆附着力和耐水等机械性能的关系,找出影响漆膜机械性能的关键影响因素。通过实验验证在杂材含量比较高的PP上提高漆膜性能的方法和方案,PP底漆使用特殊改性的氯化聚丙烯附着力助剂,并结合表面擦拭和火焰处理,对提高漆膜性能很有帮助。本研究为后续汽车保险杠行业使用回收料和海洋回收料后,提高涂层在再生PP上的漆膜机械性能提供理论指导。 Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)is used to study the mass ratio of different modified polypropylene materials,analyze the type and composition content of PP materials,and find out the relationship between PP components and mechanical properties such as adhesion and water resistance of conductive primer via component collection and performance testing on the plate,and furthervfind out the key influential factors affecting the mechanical properties of the coating film.The method and scheme to improve the performance of the coating film on PP with relatively high impurity content are verified by experiments.The special modified chlorinated polypropylene adhesive agent is used in conbination with surface pretreatment such as wiping and flame,by which the performance of the coating film can be improved.It provides theoretical guidance for improving the mechanical properties of the coating film on PP using the recycled materials and marine materials in the automotive bumper industry.
