自制防闪锈剂的应用研究

摘要 自制的防闪锈剂可用于现场水除锈工艺,通过防闪锈剂与铁原子的相互作用在铁基材表面形成钝化/沉淀膜层,有效解决了水除锈工艺引起的闪锈问题。通过实验发现,在25℃、相对湿度为40%、70%、90%条件下,当防闪锈剂的添加量分别对应0.5%、0.8%、1%时,可使钢板24 h不闪锈;一定添加量范围内,防闪锈剂的使用不影响涂层既有的防腐性能。考虑到现场环保要求,委托了第三方检测机构防对防闪锈剂进行了急性经口、急性吸入及危害水生环境物质检测,检测结果分别是无毒级、低毒级和不划为危害水生环境物质。因此,自制的防闪锈剂具有添加量低、防闪锈性能优异、不影响配套涂层防腐性能及低毒环保的特点,具备较好的推广应用前景。 The self-prepared anti-flash rust agent can be used for on-site water blast rustremoving process.By means of the interaction between the anti-flash rust agent and iron atoms,a passivation/precipitation film layer is formed on the surface of the iron substrate,thus effectively solves the problem of flash rust caused by the water blast rust-removing process.The experimental results show that the addition concentration of anti-flash rust agent is 0.5%,0.8%and 1%respectively with the humidity of 40%,70%,and 90%at 25℃can prevent the steel plate from flashing rust for 24 hours;Within a certain range of addition concentration,the use of anti-flash rust agent does not affect the existing anticorrosive performance of the coating.Considering the on-site environmental requirements,a third-party testing agency is commissioned to conduct acute oral,acute inhalation,and substances harmful to the aquatic environment tests on the anti-flash rust agent.The test results show that the coatings are non-toxic,low toxic and not classified as substance harmful to the aquatic environment.Therefore,the self-prepared anti-flash rust agent has the characteristics of low dosage,excellent anti-flash rust performance,no impact on the anticorrosive performance of the supporting coating,and low toxicity and environmental friendly.It has good application prospects.
