摘要
目的比较骨性Ⅱ类高角及均角患者上颌中切牙长度与以往数据的差异,分析垂直骨面型对牙根长度及位置的影响以及牙根长度与位置的相关性。方法纳入102名患者,依头颅侧位片结果分为高角组和均角组。通过锥形束CT(cone-beam computer tomography,CBCT)测量上中切牙根长及位置,根长与既往文献对比,分析数据间的差异性及相关性。结果高角组根长(10.41±1.78)mm,均角组根长(10.50±1.70)mm,高角组中切牙根长短于均角组;高角组唇倾度(101.97±9.26)°,均角组唇倾度(106.98±9.05)°,高角组唇倾度小于均角组;上中切牙根长与颊、舌侧牙槽骨高度及舌侧牙槽骨厚度呈正相关,与牙根牙槽骨交角呈负相关。结论骨性Ⅱ类高角及均角患者上颌中切牙长度短于以往大部分数据,高角组唇倾度小于均角组,垂直骨面型及唇倾度均对牙根长度具有影响。
Objective To compare the difference between maxillary central incisor root length in patients with skeletal classⅡhigh-angle and average-angle and previous data,and to analyze the influence of vertical skeletal pattern on root length and position and the correlation between root length and position.Methods A total of 102 patients were divided into high-angle group and average-angle group according to the results of cephalogram.The root length and position of the maxillary central incisor were measured in CBCT,and the root length was compared with previous data.Results The root length of high-angle group was(10.41±1.78)mm,and the average-angle group was(10.50±1.70)mm.The maxillary incisor labial inclination was(101.97±9.26)°in the high-angle group and(106.98±9.05)°in the average-angle group.Root length of maxillary central incisor was positively correlated with the height of lingual and buccal alveolar bone and the thickness of buccal alveolar bone,and negatively correlated with the angle between teeth and alveolar bone.Conclusions The length of maxillary central incisor in patients with bone skeletal ClassⅡhigh-angle and average-angle was shorter than that of most previous data.The maxillary incisor labial inclination of the high-angle patients was smaller than that of the average-angle patients.
