远程指导验配角膜塑形镜在青少年近视防控中的应用价值研究

Research on the application value of remote guidance of the fitting orthokeratology lens in the prevention and control of juvenile myopia

目的比较远程指导验配角膜塑形镜与传统“面对面”验配方式的有效性与安全性,初步评估远程指导验配角膜塑形镜在青少年近视防控中的应用价值。方法采用前瞻性对照研究。纳入同一医师远程指导验配角膜塑形镜的近视患儿65例(122眼)为试验组,同期“面对面”验配的近视患儿71例(139眼)为对照组,配戴后1天、1周、1个月、3个月进行随访,比较两种验配方式的有效性(包括戴镜视力、戴镜球镜度数、镜片配适分级、裸眼视力、镜片偏心距离)和安全性(角膜上皮点状着色分级)。结果两组戴镜1d时戴镜视力、戴镜球镜度数及镜片配适分级,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组戴镜后1天、1周、1个月、3个月的裸眼视力、镜片偏心距离、角膜上皮点状着色分级比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论远程指导验配角膜塑形镜的有效性和安全性较好,在青少年近视防控中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of remote guidance for the fitting orthokeratology lens with the traditional"face-to-face"fitting method,and to evaluate the application value of remote guidance for the fitting orthokeratology lens in the prevention and control of juvenile myopia.Methods This was a prospective controlled study.Sixty-five children(122 eyes)with myopia who were remotely guided by the same physician to fit orthokeratology lenses were included in an experimental group,and 71 children(139 eyes)with myopia who were fitted"face-to-face"during the same period were included in a control group.Follow-up was performed after 1 day,1 week,1 month and 3 months of wearing the lenses.The clinical efficacy including the distance visual acuity of wearing lenses,the diopter of wearing lenses,the degree of lens fiting,the uncorrected distance visual acuity and the eccentricity distance in treatment area and safety(corneal staining grading)were compared between the two fitting methods.Results There was no significant dfference in the distance visual acuity of wearing lenses,the diopter of wearing lenses and the degree of lens fitting between the two groups(P>0.05).There was also no significant difference in the uncorrected distance visual acuity,the eccentricity distance in treatment area and the corneal staining grading after 1 day,1 week,1 month and 3 months of wearing lenses between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The clinical efficacy and safety of the remote guidance for the ftting of orthokeratology lens are good.It has a high application value in the prevention and control of juvenile myopia.
