九味肝泰胶囊治疗精神病合并肝功能异常的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of Jiuwei Gantai capsule in the treatment of psychosis complicated with abnormal liver function

目的观察九味肝泰胶囊治疗精神病合并肝功能异常的效果。方法100例精神病合并肝功能异常患者,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实行护肝宁片治疗,观察组则实行九味肝泰胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效,治疗前后肝功能指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)],简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率96.00%明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组ALT、AST、TBIL和GGT水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的ALT(74.96±22.23)U/L、AST(57.13±12.26)U/L、TBIL(20.04±9.13)μmol/L和GGT(50.25±11.74)U/L均低于对照组的(98.29±35.16)U/L、(67.11±17.28)U/L、(28.13±10.09)μmol/L、(62.53±12.93)U/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的BPRS评分(38.05±3.27)分、PANSS评分(50.15±2.73)分及不良反应发生率4.00%均明显低于对照组的(45.08±5.43)分、(59.25±4.26)分、18.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用九味肝泰胶囊治疗精神病合并肝功能异常患者的效果突出,能有效改善肝功能,缓解精神病症,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of Jiuwei Gantai capsule in the treatment of psychosis complicated with abnormal liver function.Methods A total of 100 patients with psychosis and abnormal liver function were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Huganning tablet,and the observation group was treated with Jiuwei Gantai capsule.Both groups were compared in terms of efficacy,liver function indexes[alanine aminotrasferase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL),γ-glutamyltranspeptidase(GGT)],Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)score and Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)score before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of 96.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in ALT,AST,TBIL and GGT levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had ALT of(74.96±22.23)U/L,AST of(57.13±12.26)U/L,TBIL of(20.04±9.13)μmol/L and GGT of(50.25±11.74)U/L,which were lower than those of(98.29±35.16)U/L,(67.11±17.28)U/L,(28.13±10.09)μmol/L and(62.53±12.93)U/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had BPRS score of(38.05±3.27)points,PANSS score of(50.15±2.73)points and the incidence of adverse reactions of 4.00%,which were significantly lower than those of(45.08±5.43)points,(59.25±4.26)points and 18.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiuwei Gantai capsule is effective in the treatment of psychotic patients with abnormal liver function.It can effectively improve liver function,alleviate psychosis and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
