康柏西普眼用注射液玻璃体腔注射治疗黄斑水肿的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of intravitreal injection of Conbercept ophthalmic injection in the treatment of macular edema

目的分析黄斑水肿应用康柏西普眼用注射液玻璃体腔注射治疗的有效性。方法60例黄斑水肿患者,实施双盲法分为探究组及参照组,每组30例。探究组采取康柏西普眼用注射液玻璃体腔注射治疗,参照组利用激光光凝治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月的黄斑中心凹厚度、眼压及视力水平,并发症发生率。结果治疗后1、3、6个月,探究组的黄斑中心凹厚度分别为(362.67±10.55)、(251.61±12.52)、(227.45±4.44)μm,均小于参照组的(402.24±10.61)、(365.63±12.72)、(302.21±3.62)μm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、3、6个月,探究组的视力分别为(0.26±0.03)、(0.39±0.07)、(0.45±0.02),均高于参照组的(0.19±0.05)、(0.30±0.04)、(0.36±0.06),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月,两组的眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。探究组并发症发生率3.33%低于参照组的26.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康柏西普眼用注射液玻璃体腔注射治疗黄斑水肿能够促进整体疗效提升,积极改善患者黄斑水肿情况,提高整体视力水平。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of intravitreal injection of Conbercept ophthalmic injection in the treatment of macular edema.Methods A total of 60 patients with macular edema were divided into a study group and a reference group by double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was treated by intravitreal injection of Compaplcept ophthalmic injection,and the reference group was treated by laser photocoagulation.Both groups were compared in terms of central macular thickness,intraocular pressure,visual acuity level before treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment,and complication rate.Results At 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,the central macular thickness in the study group were(362.67±10.55),(251.61±12.52)and(227.45±4.44)μm,which were all smaller than those of(402.24±10.61),(365.63±12.72)and(302.21±3.62)μm in the reference group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,the visual acuity in the study group were(0.26±0.03),(0.39±0.07)and(0.45±0.02),which were higher than those of(0.19±0.05),(0.30±0.04)and(0.36±0.06)in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups before treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment(P>0.05).The complication rate of 3.33%in the study group was lower than that of 26.67%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravitreal injection of Conbercept ophthalmic injection in the treatment of macular edema can improve the overall curative effect,actively improve the macular edema of patients,and improve the overall visual acuity.
