低频康复治疗仪治疗剖宫产术后肠胀气的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on the effect of low-frequency rehabilitation therapy instrument in solving flatulence after cesarean section

目的观察低频康复治疗仪治疗剖宫产术后肠胀气的临床效果。方法60例剖宫产术后肠胀气产妇,以随机数字表法分成对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组接受常规局部按摩热敷治疗,研究组接受低频康复治疗仪治疗。比较两组产妇治疗前后腹胀、腹痛评分,肛门排气时间、治疗后排气情况(治疗后6、12、24 h排气率及总排气率)。结果治疗后6、12、24 h,两组腹胀、腹痛评分均低于本组治疗前,且研究组腹胀评分分别为(1.95±0.42)、(1.07±0.21)、(0.42±0.17)分,腹痛评分分别为(1.98±0.22)、(1.17±0.31)、(0.69±0.18)分,均低于对照组的(2.23±0.37)、(1.85±0.26)、(0.76±0.21)、(2.43±0.27)、(2.05±0.46)、(1.15±0.27)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇肛门排气时间(10.45±2.66)h短于对照组的(15.37±3.47)h,治疗后6、12 h排气率分别为36.67%、50.00%,均高于对照组的13.33%、23.33%,治疗后24 h排气率13.33%低于对照组的63.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总排气率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产术后肠胀气产妇应用低频康复治疗仪治疗,可显著减轻产妇术后腹胀、腹痛严重程度,缩短肛门排气时间,增加治疗后12 h内排气率,效果理想。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of low-frequency rehabilitation therapy instrument in solving flatulence after cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 women with flatulence after cesarean section were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional local massage and hot compress treatment,and the study group received low frequency rehabilitation therapy instrument.The scores of abdominal distension and abdominal pain before and after treatment,anal exhaust time,and exhaust(exhaust rate and total exhaust rate at 6,12,24 h after treatment)after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results At 6,12 and 24 h after treatment,the scores of abdominal distension and abdominal pain in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the abdominal distension scores in the study group were(1.95±0.42),(1.07±0.21)and(0.42±0.17)points,and the abdominal pain scores were(1.98±0.22),(1.17±0.31)and(0.69±0.18)points,which were lower than those of(2.23±0.37),(1.85±0.26),(0.76±0.21)points and(2.43±0.27),(2.05±0.46),(1.15±0.27)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of anal exhaust of(10.45±2.66)h in the study group was shorter than that of(15.37±3.47)h in the control group;the exhaust rate at 6 and 12 h after treatment were 36.67%and 50.00%in the study group,which were higher than those of 13.33%and 23.33%in the control group;the exhaust rate at 24 h after treatment was 13.33%,which was lower than that of 63.33%in the control group;the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total exhaust rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Among the patients with flatulence after cesarean section,the application of low-frequency rehabilitation therapy instrument can significantly reduce the severity of abdominal distension and abdominal pain of the parturient after surgery,shorten the time of anal exhaust,increase the exhaust rate within 12 h after treatment,and the effect is ideal.
