复方黄柏液联合地奈德乳膏治疗儿童非急性期湿疹的效果分析

Effect analysis of compound Huangbai liquid combined with desonide cream in treating children with non-acute eczema

目的探究复方黄柏液联合地奈德乳膏治疗儿童非急性期湿疹的效果。方法选取2020年8月至2021年7月盐城市妇幼保健院收治的102例非急性期湿疹患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组51例。对照组给予地奈德乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方黄柏液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、皮损严重程度[湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)]、炎症因子[血清IgE、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、生命质量评分[皮肤病生活质量量表(DQOLS)]、不良反应发生率及疾病复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的80.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组EASI评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组EASI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清IgE、TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组血清IgE、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生命质量评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组生命质量评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。观察组复发率为7.84%,低于对照组的27.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方黄柏液联合地奈德乳膏治疗儿童非急性期湿疹效果确切,能有效改善皮损情况,抑制炎症因子,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of compound Huangbai liquid combined with desonide cream in the treatment of children with nonacute eczema.Methods A total of 102 children with non-acute eczema treated in Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the two groups by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desonide cream,and the observation group was treated with compound Huangbai liquid on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,lesion severity(eczema area and severity index[EASI]),the levels of inflammatory factors(serum IgE,tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α]),quality of life score(dermatology quality of life scale[DQOLS]),incidence of adverse reactions and disease recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 80.39%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in EASI scores between the two groups;after treatment,EASI scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the serum IgE and TNF-αlevels between the two groups;after treatment,the serum IgE and TNF-αlevels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups;after treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.The recurrence rate in the observation group was 7.84%,which was lower than 27.45%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Huangbai Liquid combined with desonide cream can effectively improve skin lesions and inhibit inflammatory factors in the treatment of children with non-acute eczema,and it is worthy of clinical application.
